Issue #1: If you cannot see subtitles, or if clicking on a transcript link does not move the video, you need to set your Flash security settings.strong>
To do this, click here to change your Adobe Flash Security Settings (see picture below).
Go to Global Security Settings (the tab with a picture of a lock).
In the lower right, click Add Location, then Browse Folders to add the folder with your lesson(s) folders to the list of “Always Trusted Locations.”
*Note: for offline viewing to work properly, the folder with the offline files must be listed as an "Always Trusted" location in your Flash security settings. If you download more than one lesson, each folder must be listed separately. Or, you if put all of your lesson folders in a single folder (named, e.g., "Offline Lessons") you can just list that folder as "Always Trusted." This might be more convenient if you plan to use multiple lessons offline.
Go back to the offline lesson and refresh your browser. It should be working now.
Issue #2: If you get an error message in the video window that says, “Video not found or access denied: [name of video file.mp4].
This could result from one of two things: Either you forgot to put the video file in the same folder as the files that you unzipped; or, your computer somehow renamed the video file.
Look for the video file in the folder. If it is not there, drag it into the folder. If it is there, check the name of the file. It should be EXACTLY the same name as the one that appeared in the error message.
